Who knew the secret to rich and creamy Alfredo Sauce was Turner’s Half & Half? Well the secret’s out!
This recipe is not only sure to please a crowd, but it will make you feel like a professional chef with minimal effort.
Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 cups Turner’s Half & Half
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 16oz pasta, fettuccine or your favorite
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta following the directions on the box.
- Melt the butter over medium heat while stirring.
- Once melted, add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Slowly pour in Half & Half while whisking to combine.
- Reduce heat to medium-low. Add parmesan cheese in batches along with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
- Continue stirring to combine into a sauce.
- Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine sauce with pasta and serve as is or top with a sprinkle of parmesan if desired. Enjoy!
