Alfredo Sauce Recipe

Made With: Half & Half

Who knew the secret to rich and creamy Alfredo Sauce was Turner’s Half & Half? Well the secret’s out!

This recipe is not only sure to please a crowd, but it will make you feel like a professional chef with minimal effort.

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 cups Turner’s Half & Half
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 16oz pasta, fettuccine or your favorite

Instructions:

  • Cook the pasta following the directions on the box.
  • Melt the butter over medium heat while stirring.
  • Once melted, add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  • Slowly pour in Half & Half while whisking to combine.
  • Reduce heat to medium-low. Add parmesan cheese in batches along with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
  • Continue stirring to combine into a sauce.
  • Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Combine sauce with pasta and serve as is or top with a sprinkle of parmesan if desired. Enjoy!
